Each realistic, patient-care simulation focuses on a defined clinical domain, critical knowledge and skills, levels of competency, evidenced-based practice guidelines, National Patient Safety Goals, and research-based design characteristics. They record their reflections at the end of each simulation to enhance self-awareness and develop insights into the patient care delivery process.

This Facilitator Volume provides all of the information found in the Participant Volume, the answers to the student exercises and two additional testing simulations, as well as everything needed to set up, administer and facilitate each simulation.
