Why don't you give exact delivery time?
Delivery time is estimated on our previous experiences. We give estimations only, because we order from outside Hungary, and the delivery time mainly depends on how quickly the publisher supplies the book. Faster or slower deliveries both happen, but we do our best to supply as quickly as possible.

Short description:
Turnstones 2 is part of the highly successful Turnstones course, aimed at S2 pupils, and matching the 5-14 Guidelines for English in Scotland.
MoreLong description:
This is the second book in a new series which will be written to closely match and follow the English 5-14 Guidelines in Scotland, the first text to do so. Turnstones 2 is written for S2 students, and is intended to offer as flexible a course as possible, with teachers able to navigate their own route throughout. This means that the chapters aren't necessarily in the order that they will be taught.
The skills that are to be taught are reading, writing, talking, listening and watching. Most tasks have been designed to include more than one of these skills. Turnstones 2 is an ideal companion for students following this course in Scotland. There will be teachers' materials on the accompanying website.
The writers have again drawn heavily on Scottish writing - though not exclusively - and this with the sections of Scots language strongly supports the book's claim to be 'an English course for Scotland.'
...chapters 23 and 24 are good, sound units covering basic 'knowledge about language' which could easily be used at any point in S1 or S2.
A particularly strong section is 'Unlocking your imagination', which looks at storylines, characterisation and other features of a good story. It finishes with students being asked to write their own story, it looks like and excellent compact and focused unit. There is also a good section which examines mass media, which has a contemporary feel to it. ...
The book is peppered with references to appropriate websites and has a very good unit on research skills, 'Treasure chest', which highlights the strengths and dangers of Internet resources.
...However it is used, [teachers] will find high quality materials relevant to Scottish schools.
