Auf der Grundlage von dokumentarischen Videoanalysen wird Reflexion als ein beobachtbares und korporiertes Handeln konzeptualisiert. Darüber hinaus werden Interaktionsmodi rekonstruiert, wie frühpädagogische Fachkräfte in herausfordernden, spannungsreichen Situationen mit Kindern interagieren. Die Studie verfolgt das Ziel, die Bedeutung von Reflexion für die Professionalisierung pädagogischer Fachkräfte empirisch sowie theoretisch auszuloten.
