This publication, edited by the New York County Lawyers' Association, includes the complete New York Rules of Professional Conduct, selected state and federal statutes and court rules, a comprehensive index, and a Code-to-Rules correlation table comparing the provisions of the new Rules to their comparable provisions in the prior Code.

    The New York Rules of Professional Conduct provides in-depth analysis of each ethics rule for real practice as well as a best practices section on how to protect your law license, practice tips, warning and alerts, and other helpful articles. Practitioner and specialty-oriented commentary addresses issues specific to practice areas. For ease of use, finding aids including a cumulative index, table of rules, table of cases, and a bibliography.
