The New York Rules of Professional Conduct provides in-depth analysis of each ethics rule for real practice as well as a best practices section on how to protect your law license, practice tips, warning and alerts, and other helpful articles. Cross references compare the recent New York Rules with the past New York Code and current ABA Model Rules.
The Fall 2011 edition includes the most recent NYSBA Commentary and 14 new Ethics Opinions.
