It looks into the hypothesis that, just as the "Old West" as myth and reality served as a cohesive element of "the American identity" and its values, and that its international impact was spectacular, the "New West" is currently being exported and assimilated internationally, extending the revision of the myth, and thus, its relationship with said identity.
