Die Möglichkeit des Einsatzes von Legal Tech wirft dabei vor allem die Frage auf, ob Rechtsdienstleistungen weiterhin primär nur durch Rechtsanwälte erbracht werden dürfen. Diese Fragestellung wurde bisher allein mit Blick auf die Regelungen im deutschen Recht betrachtet. Bernhard Brechmann untersucht hingegen die Zulässigkeit des Einsatzes von Legal Tech im europäischen und internationalen Kontext.
