The book gives details of the different substantive rules regarding restrictive agreements, dominant positions and mergers which apply to shipping, to aviation, and to inland transport. It explains
the procedures which givern enforcement of EC competition rules and indicates how these differ from the usual procedures applied by the European Commission.
