Kurz darauf wird eine weitere Leiche entdeckt, diesmal in der Nähe ihres Arbeitsortes. Unverzagt erklärt Rita sich bereit, dem ermittelnden Kommissar Julius Hechter zur Seite zu stehen, und bemerkt dabei gar nicht, dass sie sich in höchste Gefahr begibt.
