Das vereinheitlichte Europäische Kollisionsrecht bedient sich der klassischen kollisionsrechtlichen Technik allseitiger Verweisungsnormen. Bei der Wahl der Anknüpfungspunkte werden jedoch neue Akzente gesetzt. Nicht immer lassen sich die neuen Anknüpfungen als Konkretisierungen des Savigny'schen Prinzips der engsten Verbindung darstellen.
Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht Anja Sophia Schwemmer die Anknüpfungsprinzipien des Europäischen Kollisionsrechts unter Berücksichtigung primärrechtlicher Wertungsvorgaben.
