Long description:
This book highlighted the chemistry of dibenzobarallene. Syntheses, reactions and the biological importance of dibenzobarallene were investigated. Furthermore, the obtained results were discussed, 43 novel compounds and some related analogues were synthesized, the synthetic mechanisms were investigated and compounds were established by elemental analyses and spectral data. In this context, novel compounds were prepared in this book based on dibenzobarallene ring system namely; bromopropoxy, butoxy, p-tolyl-sulphonate, propionyl chloride, N-phenyl-prpionamide, isoindoledione, ethyl acetamide, phthalazinediones and poly nuclear heterocyclic systems. The investigated compounds exhibited good antimicrobial activities. Finally, the materials and methods used to synthesize the investigated compounds and biological evaluation were included.
