Nursing professionals in the tireless search to achieve quality care for the benefit of their patients, promote the invaluable work of projecting knowledge through quality care, in that sense during the Sars covid 2 pandemic that strongly hit several countries, the importance of the profession in achieving the different objectives in the context of health was evidenced. Nursing has been evolving by acquiring the appropriate knowledge for the benefit of the health systems, in that sense it is worthy to establish that from that knowledge the most benefited will be the patients and the community in general. However, evidence-based nursing as a process in which real and potential problems that affect the health of users are presented as questions, whose answers are systematically sought and evaluated based on the results of the most recent research, and which serve as a basis for decision making, are essential for the generation of concepts and activities based on scientific rigor. Advances in Cardiological Nursing is intended to be a reference guide in the acquisition of new knowledge.
